Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created during the reading flow, and limited technical information needed to keep the service reliable.

Reading inputs may include uploaded photos, optional birth details, location text, selected reading focus, and anonymous session identifiers.
Before photo analysis begins, we ask you to confirm that the uploaded image is your own photo and that you consent to photo-based AI processing for a self-reflection report.
Account inputs may include email address, display name, Google account identity data, and password credentials stored only as salted hashes for email accounts.
Service records may include generated reports, daily energy snapshots, checkout status, support messages, device fingerprints, request metadata, and security logs.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to deliver the product experience and to keep the report, account, and commerce journey consistent across pages.

Generate photo analysis, Five Elements scores, report previews, full reports, daily energy guidance, and product recommendations.
Use uploaded photos only for the reading workflow, quality checks, troubleshooting, security review, and support requests tied to your session or account.
Link anonymous readings to an account when you choose to register or sign in.
Support checkout handoff, report unlock status, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, quality improvement, and service reliability.

Photos, Reports, And AI Processing

Photos and report inputs are handled as part of the reading experience. AI systems may help produce text, but backend rules and stored session records remain the service truth source.

We do not use readings as medical, psychological, financial, or legal diagnosis.
Face-based outputs are interpretive self-reflection content, not biometric identification, professional assessment, or prediction of life outcomes.
We aim to send model providers only the structured context needed for report language, not full internal rule libraries or secret credentials.
Generated reports are intended for self-reflection, entertainment, and personal insight.

Sharing And Service Providers

We may share limited information with vendors that help operate the service, but we do not sell personal reading data as a standalone product.

Infrastructure, storage, database, analytics, model, authentication, support, and commerce providers may process data for service delivery.
Shopify or commerce partners handle checkout and order-related information when you move into a purchase flow.
We may disclose information when required to comply with law, protect users, prevent abuse, or enforce our terms.

Retention And Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain audit records, and satisfy operational or legal requirements.

Access to sensitive configuration such as API keys is kept server-side and should not be exposed to the browser.
Passwords for email accounts are not stored in plain text.
Photo and report records are kept only as needed for service delivery, support, fraud prevention, audit obligations, or user-requested account continuity.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use practical safeguards and scoped data handling to reduce risk.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request review, correction, deletion, or access to submitted materials, subject to identity verification and required retention limits.

You may use the reading flow anonymously unless a feature requires account access.
You may sign out or request support for account-related questions.
