Five Elements AI provides symbolic, AI-assisted, and rule-guided readings for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal storytelling.
- Reports are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, career, relationship, or professional advice.
- Readings should not be used to make high-stakes decisions or replace qualified professionals.
- We may update the service, report structure, pricing, content, or available features as the product evolves.

Accounts And Access
You may use parts of the service anonymously or choose to register so readings can be saved and linked to your account.
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials and access tokens secure.
- You should provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person.
- We may limit, suspend, or revoke access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Uploads And User Content
When you upload photos or provide reading inputs, you confirm that you have the right to share that content with the service.
- Do not upload images of another person without permission.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, exploitative, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
- You grant us permission to process submitted content as needed to deliver readings, reports, support, security, and product operations.

Reports And Recommendations
Generated reports, daily energy guidance, American Almanac content, and product recommendations are interpretive outputs, not guaranteed predictions or outcomes.
- The same reading may be refined over time as rules, prompts, interfaces, or models improve.
- Product recommendations are symbolic and lifestyle-oriented, not claims of guaranteed personal results.
- You are responsible for how you interpret and act on report content.

Purchases And Third Parties
Some product journeys and checkout flows may be handled by Shopify or other third-party services. Their terms and policies may apply when you leave or interact with those flows.
- Report unlock status is confirmed by backend payment or webhook records, not by local browser state.
- Product availability, shipping, taxes, refunds, and fulfillment may depend on commerce partners.
- We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, or services outside our control.

Please use the service respectfully and only for lawful personal purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, exploit, or interfere with service systems.
- Do not attempt to access reports, accounts, prompts, provider credentials, or data that does not belong to you.

The service is provided as available, with reasonable effort toward quality and reliability but without a promise that every output will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We may provide corrections, retries, refunds, or support options where appropriate, but availability depends on the specific issue and purchase context.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
